Common Installation Problems

A list of problems other users have experienced during installation, and how they solved them. Please note these are not definitive solutions, rather, how that person solved their issue.

  1. Patcher does not start the client when clicking the "Start" button.
    Make sure you run the patcher with "Administrator Privilleges".
  2. Client display 3DO Error
    Change the configuration to use DX9 instead of DX12.
  3. Crash issues
